Would avoid and go for similar alternatives e.g. Premier Inn etc. Walls are very thin so you can easily be disturbed by neighbours. Room had a broken window which didn’t seal/shut properly. Extremely loud facing the street given tram line which begins at 4am. Only consolation is that it’s very cheap but even then I would not return.

The location is really useful for the main railway station, it’s only a few minutes walk. The room was clean but basic. There were no facilities for making a drink in the room and no information about what to do if we wanted a drink. The bed was comfortable but our room, 101, was at the front of the hotel and there was a tram stop right outside the window. As there was no air conditioning we had to have window open overnight but then had to close it as it was too noisy when the trams started. The breakfast was really good though and the ladies who served it were friendly.

I liked everything. BUT! The hotel is clearly understaffed. Also, considering it's a good hotel, I was extremely surprised by the lack of an alarm clock or the ability for a hotel employee to knock on my door and wake me up. I have trouble sleeping and often can't wake up from the sound of the phone. Basically... I slept through my paid breakfast, and I was extremely upset about it!!!! If the hotel refunds the money for the unused breakfast, I'll be very pleased.

We stayed in rooms 304 and 305 at this hotel, which are directly accessible from the corridor and connected to the emergency stairwell, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After returning to our room, we discovered that personal belongings were missing. The way the situation was handled by the reception staff was even more disappointing. Instead of showing concern and providing assistance, our concerns were largely dismissed. We were travelling with three children and, following this incident, no longer felt safe or comfortable staying at the hotel. What should have been a pleasant family trip turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. Guests staying in rooms such as 304-305, 404-405, and similar room layouts on other floors that are directly accessible from the corridor and connected to the emergency stairwell should take extra precautions with their valuables and immediately report any suspicious activity. The hotel management should seriously review its security procedures, guest safety measures, and staff training regarding incident handling. That said, because Hotels.com was unfortunately unable to provide any assistance, the hotel manager made an effort the following day to help resolve the situation by arranging a nicer and safer room for us. While we appreciate the manager’s attempt to assist us, the original incident and the way it was initially handled left a lasting negative impression.

Es war ein schönes Hotel , vielleicht wäre es an der Zeit im Bad/ Dusche Einhelelmischer einzubauen um Wasser zu sparen , bis das Wasser mit warm und kalt gemischt ist , läuft viel Wasser umsonst. 5Fの部屋でしたが、レセプションで手続きした後、奥のエレベーターを教えてもらうのですが、階段を数段上がって、また降りて、違う建屋ではないかと思うところからエレベーターで上がりました。エレベーターまでの上り下りが大きな荷物を持ってる旅行者からすると地味に面倒かな。 朝食は普通に美味しいですが、生ハムも出てくるともっといいかなと思います。

Das positivste ist die Lage. Nur 4 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Möbellierung war schon in die Jahre gekommen. Holzschränke ohne Schlüssel und zum Teil ohne Verkleidung. Unser Zimmer war zur Straßenseite hin. Dort war es sehr laut. Man konnte demzufolge nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen und bei geschlossenem Fenster fühlte man sich wie in einer Sauna. Und es war noch nicht Hochsommer. Ich würde es nicht nocheinmal buchen.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett + Schlafcouch gebucht, aber eines mit 3 Einzelbetten bekommen. Der Fernseher ging leider nicht. Die Dusche ließ sich nicht richtig einstellen. Entweder das Wasser war zu heiß oder zu kalt. Der Check-In konnte nicht, wie beschrieben, um 15 Uhr gemacht werden. Nach 45 min Wartezeit konnten wir erst 15:45 Uhr einchecken. Die Fenster, Zimmer im 5. Stock, ließen sich nicht verriegeln. Für eine Nacht war das Hotel in Ordnung, aber nochmal müsste jetzt auch nicht sein. Die Lage war gut und obwohl die Gegend nicht gut aussah, wie auch der Rest der Stadt, war sie doch ruhiger als erwartet.
