Always a joy!

It's always a pleasure to stay at the Best Western Rutgers Hotel. It is clean,safe, pleasant, and affordable. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I always recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the East Brunswick-New Brunswick area.

Good overall

Overall hotel is good, really clean. The staff is really helpful and hotel policies are really good, flexible. For example I paid for 4 nights when we got there but had to leave early and only used two nights and they reimbursed the difference. Is a good hotel for a short stay. They do not have cribs for babys, is the only complaint i have from my stay.
