Check in was a nightmare after hours. They had a remote counter for check-in. You had to ring them up, and then go to the machine to get checked in. I waited almost 5 mins just to get someone to pick up the call after multiple dials, then, I was told she was checking in someone else from a different location and that it’d take 5 mins. I waited for 5 mins, nothing, called back again and redid the same thing. Total wait time was 15-20 mins I could not get anyone to get back to me so I gave up and left to have dinner. When I got back and the agent was available, it went much better. Key drop off was easy for check out so that’s a plus.
The room itself was clean and new, but the pillows are so thin they might as well be nonexistent, there’s a great kitchenette, but no silverware, no pots, not even a kettle. So really, it was decorative. The bathroom had one small bottle of shampoo, and one small bar of soap, that’s it. At the same price, you could get better bathroom amenities from other motel competitors. Especially since the kitchenette was not equipped with anything.
Will not return unless I have no other options in the future. Value wise it’s still acceptable. But beware of everything that’s lacking and try to check-in during office hours. Traffic noises was also loud. Not the worst, but woke us up a couple times.
