Enjoy sunsets, long walks and fishing at Scorton Creek just over the dunes from this 2 bedroom, one bath one level updated condo that sleeps 5 (in a 4 unit building). Open kitchen/living room with everything you need for the week. One bedroom has a bunk style bed with a full sized bed on bottom and twin on top. Second bedroom has queen bed. Private pathway to the beach shared by association.

Outdoor patio with table and chairs to enjoy cooking out. Ask about the condo next door, also 2 bedrooms. A great idea for 2 families to enjoy a vacation together!

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure dishes are washed, dried, put away and dishwasher is empty. The grill must be left clean. If the grill is not cleaned, you may be charged the cost to have it cleaned upon your departure.
Our cleaners handle the deep clean, but if excessive cleaning is needed after your stay, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
