Oceanfront cottage overlooking Cape Cod Bay and Scorton Creek. Beachfront home in desirable Cape Shore Village, a community of 12 cottages on a 6.5 acre parcel that hugs the dunes at the eastern tip of East Sandwich Beach.

This property was newly constructed in 1997, with attention to detail and oriented to take advantage of the commanding views. Enter into the L shaped Kitchen with new tile flooring and plenty of counter space to work on. The first floor features an open Living/Dining space that faces the water, with hardwood floors and gas fireplace.

One Bedroom is located on the first floor along with a full Bath. Enjoy exceptional views from the 2nd floor, where two of the Bedrooms are located, as well as a sitting room and another full Bath. Every window opens to a view of nature that is spectacular, from the ever changing tidal marshes and the dune grasses swaying in the breeze, to the wide open sea.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
