Property was excellent with superb facilities, Emma goes out of her way to ensure everything is fine. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Eastbourne.

A very nice place

It was well equipped, organized and cleaned. The rooms was nice decorated. A good place for a family. You can walk to the sea, the trainstation, bus-stops and the city.
