Floors are thin. Any movement above your room can be heard. Bathroom sink clogged, elevator didn't work and we were on the 3rd floor - compensation was a bottle of water and a single serving snack. Price was okay. Simple accommodations.

Excellent basic place to stay. Nice staff, easy parking, comfortable heating/air conditioning. Everything new and clean. Nothing extra. Bring your own toiletries, blow dryer, extra pillows or blankets. Efficiency style rooms, no coffee maker, but large refrigerator and cook top and microwave.

Online booking and check-in for a last-minute stay was straightforward. Easy to navigate from highway, felt like a safe area. Room itself was okay, but the linens were awful (sheets had a random blood stain and towels also had dark handprints and orange oil stains). Staff supplied replacements quickly even outside housekeeping hours. TV entertainment is super basic with only a few cable channels, thankfully the Wi-Fi was strong but was stuck with only using my personal devices. Noise transfer was also poor - ground floor means you can hear every single noise from the hallway, above, and the parking lot. The hotel's proximity to the gas station means revving engines the entire night (at least on this Saturday night). Not great for light sleepers.

This trip the room was in need of cleaning..There were pieces of dirty paper and plastic on the floor.There was a seal from a drink- very easily visible- slightly under the bed. There was something bery disgusting on the floor in front of the heating unit- looked like sputum. Good thing I carry Lysol wet wipes and gloves with me. The walls of the shower also needed cleaning.

On getting to my room I found it only had 2 bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels, no soap, tissues or anything else you would expect, called front desk who said after wash was done they'd bring it up. 90 minutes later I called again as I wanted to shower before bed, they finally brought it up

Great Stay

I stayed in the area for an event it was a short time . Hotel new very nice. Lower level. Lots of places to park police patrol the area. Wendy's and Sheetz gas station very convenient and they hold no incidental fee and the price was fair. I would stay again here.

The staff is always friendly polite and amazing! Inside and outside of the hotel is always clean and smells amazing! Rooms are always clean and you can except the rooms to have clean towels and sheets!

I booked this hotel bc there were very few other choices this weekend and the few available were triple their regular price. It was ok. There was barking dogs and crying babies in the rooms around us but my biggest problem with this hotel is the hallway and room we stayed in smelled rancid.
