This family-friendly retreat boasts 5 cozy bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Three bedrooms with queen beds and two bedrooms with two single beds, provide ample sleeping space for everyone. There is a sleeper sofa located in the main living area for 2.

Step inside to discover 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming open living area where your family can gather and bond over shared experiences. The screened-in porch offers breathtaking views of the glistening lake, while the private dock beckons you to swim, fish, or simply soak up the sun.

Fire up the propane grill for a delightful lakeside barbecue, or enjoy a picnic on the dock with the convenience of a refrigerator to keep your drinks cold. The dock is equipped with boat cleats, perfect for securing your boat after a day of exploring the water. The grill is propane, we do not supply propane. You can fill the tank or we recommend that you bring your own tank.

For adventure seekers, two kayaks with paddles are provided for your enjoyment, allowing you to explore the serene waters at your own pace. Just 9 miles from Crooked Creek Marina and 12 miles from Oconee Springs Park, this location offers easy access to nearby attractions and activities. You can also dock your boat at either location.

This property is a 25 minute drive to GMC & Georgia College. We are approximately 60 miles from the PGA Masters Tour in Augusta. Milledgeville & Greensboro, GA offer various dining options, entertainment, and activities for all ages. There is a Kroger in Milledgeville and a Walmart in Eatonton 15-20 minutes away. Small summer vacation

This was a beautiful home. Plenty of room for grandkids snd family members. We really enjoyed your place and hoped to use this in the future summer to come. The only problem we had was that the trash bin was full, so we loaded our trash and took it to a dumpster. But that was not a big problem because the hospitality of your home just makes up for all the fun we had staying there. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel at home and have water access at the same time.

Family Vaca 2024

This property was very well equipped with all that we needed during our stay. It was very hot a few days but the A/C kept us cool inside. We greatly enjoyed the screened porch. The home is very nice and we had plenty of room. Kelli, the property manager was a joy to work with and we the extra Mike to make our stay memorable. Cove was very quiet. Great memories made here.
