There are views of Nordic Valley and Ben Lomond Peak out the front windows. The condo is only minutes from the best summer and winter recreation Northern Utah has to offer.

Access to paved bike trail for an enjoyable ride to Pineview Reservoir.
Centrally located in Eden close to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin & Nordic Valley Utah Ski Resorts. During the summer, try horseback riding or rent a boat for a day on Pineview Reservoir to water ski, wakeboard or fish. Rent a motorized or human powered toy from Club Rec North or rent a bicycle from Diamond Peak Sports Shop. Eden is home to local stores that are full of unique gifts, antiques, art and clothing. Top the day off with great dining at one of the great restaurants in Eden, Huntsville or Ogden.
Note: Trailer parking is not allowed at the condo.
You also have access to the seasonal outdoor swimming pool & club house, fitness room, year round community hot tub and tennis courts. There are coin operated washers and dryers available at the community Laundry room. Plenty of parking in the complex. Not an easy walk from the parking lot up several stairs and condo is on the 2nd level of the building. Close to trails, reservoirs and ski resorts. For the outdoors types, Eden Utah is a great place to be. Several mountain trails within minutes of our vacation condo rental wait to be hiked or biked. All-season, outdoor activities abound with powder and groomed skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, cat skiing & heli-skiing during the winter.

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received thirty (30) days or more prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 15 to 29 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the amount paid to date. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
