Remontoitu mökki mukava piha ja kodikas sisustus

Kiinteistössä on erillinen autotalli, jossa on täysi guest suite edellä. Autotalli ja vierashuone on käytössäsi lomasi aikana. Piha on tarkoitettu yksinomaan vuokralaisen käyttöön.

Lopetimme uudistaa sisällä tämän omaisuuden lokakuussa 2009. Talo on viihtyisä ja mahtuu jopa 6 henkilöä. Keittiö ja olohuone ovat vierestä helppo viihdyttävä. Makuuhuoneessa on oma sisäänkäynti, joka menee ulos takapihalle ja ulkosuihku. Se on noin 950 sq. Ft. Sijaitsee 1/3 hehtaarin paljon Vineyard Haven Rd. Piha on osittain aidattu muutamilla maisemoinnilla. Me vain uudistamme pihan, kun olemme lisänneet irrallaan autotallin. On takaisin kuistilla 2 tuolia rentoutua, tiili patio, ja ulkosuihku. Myös takapihalla on riippumatossa. Kohteen sijainti on pyörätietä ja bussilinjaa. Sengekontacket Pond on noin 2 korttelin päässä. Suuri kajakkeja, meloa levyt ja koira ystävällinen! Talo on noin 2 kilometrin päässä Edgartownin keskustasta.

Kiinteistössä on erillinen autotalli, jossa on täysi guest suite edellä. Autotalli ja vierashuone on käytössäsi lomasi aikana.
Tämä mökki sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Gus Ben David's World of Reptiles and Birds Park. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaille keittiön ja parvekkeen/pation.

Great family getaway!

Cute cottage well updated, close to downtown shops and beaches! Our family enjoyed our trip. Gina was responsive to all questions. It is on a main road but the noise wasn’t bad and the parking with driveway on the side street was great. We enjoyed the yard and outdoor shower especially after the beach. The loft area was quite warm and we were glad we brought our own fan. Thank you Gina for a great stay!

Rustic Cottage in Edgartown

We had a wonderful stay at Gina's cottage! The cottage has a vintage/rustic feel (we especially loved the wooden floors) that makes you feel very comfortable and cozy! Some updates had been made to the outside (the siding) which looked really nice. The cottage sits adjacent to a main road. I had read previous reviews about noise being an issue, but I can say it didn't bother us. At night we had the windows open and, sure, we heard cars and buses drive by, but we heard nothing while we slept (we brought small nightstand fans which were enough to drown out any sound anyway). It may perhaps be a bigger issue during the summer, but we were there in the off-season (third week of September) and it didn't seem terribly busy. Location was just under 2 miles to the beach. We were so happy it was so easy to get to and park at. Very close to Edgartown shops and restaurants. There's a Five and Ten store (Granite Five and Ten) right down the road that has everything you could possibly need (we needed some beach chairs and were able to find them there). Amenities were great. Not having A/C was fine in mid-September - having the windows open in the evening worked well to keep the temperature comfortable. Master bed was comfortable, other bed downstairs was comfortable but seemed a little uneven. Couch was very comfy! Gina was very responsive and attentive to our questions - she's a great host! We were happy with our stay! Thank you!

Delightful time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And a lot of that was due to the owner of our rental home. A major snafu occurred early on which Gina -home owner- graciously and quickly addressed to our extreme satisfaction! The venue was very nice and in a great location. MV is a delightful, historic and beautiful place to vacation. 👍👍

We loved our week on the vineyard. The house was perfect. Perfect size for our family if 4. Could sleep more comfortably. On a busy road but otherwise excellent location. We would stay here again!!!!

Homey cottage on bus route

We arrived a 10 PM after traveling all day. Dirty dishes in the kitchen. Beds were not made. Temperature in house was 100 degrees. One bedroom lacked a air conditioner. Owners comped us for 1 night and agreed not to charge a cleaning fee!

Great stay!

Great location, beautiful kitchen and great backyard. There was some traffic noise at certain times of the day but tolerable. The two A/C units cooled the entire house. Just keep all the windows closed. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. And yes it needs a little TLC and I did some! Great house!!! I will stay again.

Awesome location and perfect for the week

The house was in a perfect location close enough to everything edgartown and oak bluffs have to offer. The house was more than accommodating with all things needed to make your stay comfortable . The outdoor shower was great we used it everyday. The loft is cool, kind of tight for adults but perfect for older children. We had two dogs with us so the backyard being fully fenced in was awesome! Overall great stay!

Love MV. Chose this property because we had planned to bring our dog but decided not to. Nice fenced in yard but on busy ( noisy) main road. House does not have A/C and loft bedroom is very hot. Oven not working and house really needs TLC. Not the owners fault but MV is inundated with ticks even at the beach.

This was a great little place. We loved the fenced in back yard for our dogs. Two spacious bedrooms. Laundry was on site so that was great. Could have been a little cleaner but overall a perfect distance from everything. Just be careful, it's off a very busy road! Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent stay, great location, house was perfect

We had a very relaxing vacation here. The house was perfect for our family, with a fenced in backyard, so our dog and kids could run around and play safely in the backyard. The location was very convenient and close to Edgartown center and bike paths, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

A comfortable, clean house in a good location

We were very comfortable in this house. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was a bus stop right by the other side of the fence. The 2 bedrooms were fine, tho the loft with the twin beds did heat up a lot, so my kids preferred to sleep downstairs. The yard was pretty, but you can hear the traffic from the street. It didn’t bother my husband but I liked the quiet inside.

Loved it

We had a fantastic time at the house. It offered everything one would need for a stay. We enjoyed lunches and dinners outside in the backyard. Also loved the outdoor shower! Place is 8 minutes by car to state beach and there is a stop and shop nearby. We would return!

Excellent! Right on the Bus Line

Place was excellent! Well maintained and clean. Check in was seamless and ready as promised. You definitely do not need a car if you book here. Just buy a weekly shuttle pass. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Gina’s property had everything we needed for our stay! On evenings when we cooked it was as smooth as if I was home. Even A yummy bottle of wine when we arrived. The road was a bit busy, so we utilized our fan from home and slept peacefully. Perfect home base for all the exploring we did!

Great weekend on the Island

We found this house last minute do to our boat breaking down. So we just where looking for anything last minute. My wife and I where so please we did. Its a great place, with a great location. Has everything you would need for a long weekend or a week. The yard is very nice to relax and enjoy dinner or have a drink. We would return. The owner Gina seems very nice. Quaint cottage close to everything.

This cottage is ideal for 3 to 4 people. Although it sleeps 4 to 6 comfortably, the living room is not conducive for this amount with only a chair and love seat (it sits three.) However, we made the best of it, had a nice time and the house was well stocked with the essentials. Our biggest concern was on the first day of arrival, and we found the house had not been cleaned well and the refrigerator had been left open taking 24hrs to come to temperature. Since we brought food, this was an issue because some of it had to be purged. Gina, the owner, responded to our concerns immediately and had the place cleaned and offered other kind gestures which we appreciated. If you’re seeking a quiet cottage I would not recommend this. Its is on a very noisy main road and there is a bus stop directly in front of the property. Although we read that in prior reviews, we didn’t realize how close it really was.
