Great stay with family
Overall, this is a great house for multiple families and we would stay here again and recommend to others -Check in was a little frustrating, as details were not sent ahead of time, so I sent a message since we were traveling and I couldn’t monitor my messages the full time. Carlos replied they send check-in info at 12 - but we still didn’t receive it until an hour or two later when I messaged again requesting it. And then - it turned out to be info for a different property. But Carlos was responsive and it got sorted out promptly - the rest of the weekend was smooth.Pros:-great space and amenities esp. for multi generational families staying there -clean -easy to park and garage/driveway for parking -a lot of swim toys/floats for pool use -provided a few bottles of waters, k-cups, snacks Could be better:-not a lot of pots/pans for cooking; there were 2-3 pans but not a good skillet -no big mixing or preparation bowls-Keurig instead of a coffee maker (we are coffee drinkers)-check out is at 1100, but a pool guy showed up before 0900 with no warning from anyone to let us know - we just saw him in the backyard -the French doors that lead to the pool area do not secure wellAgain, overall wonderful stay to fit in family time with relatives that live near by
