For a reasonable priced hotel for edinburgh compared to many others it was absolutely perfect for what me and my wife wanted and needed. Its obviously not going to be the ritz 5 star because f the price but it was clean, tidy, great parking and central location. When coming back to edinburgh again we will definitely be back inthe future. Dont be put off by some other negative reviews

We had lovely big clean rooms with very comfy beds. No cleaning of the rooms/clean towels unless you stay more than 4 days. No food was served in the evening despite the website saying there was. A beautiful walk from outside the hotel along the waterway but the hotels outside seating areas were not very clean.

Good hotel. Staff very helpful. Bags may be left, before or after check in/out time but for a small charge £1 each bag. Free at other hotels. Check out time of 10am is early compared with others. Good value. Parking is chargeable. Optional breakfast charge is a bit high compared to other hotels.
