The Lockbox was not easy to find. Also we had to try many lock boxes with the password. Ours was at very unusual place in the corner but with the help of a few people we found it. The pass code number to open the lock was not given so we had call after we reached there. When you are tired its really ennoying. The information was not given properly. Should be given in advance. The morden electric cooker did not work even though we tried to use their provided pans nd pots. Hence we could not cook our food which was the main pupose of renting self-catering accommodation. The beds were not were comfortable.
