Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious room in a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor offers comfort and convenience in a quiet residential area. Ideal for families seeking a cosy retreat after sightseeing or a group of friends seeking a comfortable base to enjoy Edinburgh’s culture and nightlife. The apartment provides a welcoming base for relaxation and fun. With parking available right outside, it’s easy to explore the city at your own pace and make the most of your stay.
• Distance to City Centre: Just a 20-minute bus ride or a 10-minute drive to the vibrant heart of Edinburgh, where you’ll find iconic landmarks like the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, and Holyrood Palace.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
• Arthur’s Seat: A scenic hike with breathtaking city views (20-minute walk).
• Holyrood Park: A large public park with walking and cycling paths (15-minute walk).
• Dynamic Earth: An interactive science museum perfect for families (20-minute walk).
• Edinburgh Zoo: Home to over 1,000 animals, including pandas and koalas (15-minute drive).

• Spacious Living Room: The comfortable living room features a large sofa and a flat-screen TV with access to Netflix and more—perfect for a relaxing evening.
• Bathroom: A clean bathroom with a bathtub, fresh towels, and toiletries provided.
