Small room. Outdated decor and scuffed doorways etc. Windows have no proper seal - sounds like they are open when closed. If you have a room facing Princes street and castle view it’s nice but very loud. Need extremely good ear plugs. Can also hear tv and voices from rooms next door. Called front desk to switch to a back of hotel room and told it’s noisy there as well. This hotel advertises sound proofing. That is an absolute lie. Would not stay here again for the price. Let down. Really disappointed.

Great location in the heart of Edinburgh. Room was clean and tidy. The hotel lobby was also clean and calm. Staff at reception were very helpful and professional. They allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out for a few hours whilst we went to see some other sights in Edinburgh. Would happily stay here again.

Convenient place to stay

Nice hotel in a great location on Princes Street, close to all the main sites. Restaurant recently renovated. Clean room, although small. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My Stay here was soo great and welcoming from the momment i arrived. The abominations where nice and clean the room was very rumi and very quiet. I was able to relax after a long day of walking up and down the city! I would definitely stay here again!
