Room was very small for twin occupancy but otherwise faultless! Helpful and friendly staff. Daily room service. Free drinks between 5-6 pm was a pleasant surprise and indeed the best part of our stay!

A fairly new property. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Room was great, comfortable bedding, high end toiletries and kitchen facilities were great. Microwave, fridge, coffee machine, sink etc. Bonus afternoon drinks in the lobby was a nice surprise! Definitely recommend and would be my first choice to stay at again.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in the UK (and I've been staying at quite a few 5 star hotels). The staff was professional, friendly, and accomodating. They def pay attention to details and ensure we have the best experience. Even provided me some of the best local recs and I was quite impressed (and this is coming from a foodie like me)

We had an excellent stay at The Resident in Edinburgh. The staff were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was spotless and had a fresh, clean scent, which we really appreciated. We even had a lovely view of Edinburgh Castle right from our window! The hotel is located in New Town, which gave us a peaceful retreat away from the heavier tourist crowds but still within easy walking distance to everything. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Comfortable beds in a quiet area. The air conditioning didn't seem to work very well on warmer days and was turned off whenever we came back from a day out, but overall it was a cozy room.

Excellent property. Staff is friendly and very polite. Location is great! The only negative observation is that the Hotel does not have a restaurant or access to a computer lab; other than that, great stay.
