The room was spacious and clean, the staff were polite and answered all queries. Only thing that I didn't like was the overhead shower head - if you want to shower without hair getting wet its impossible. Other than that - no complaints.

It was clean but not spotless. Staff was very friendly but the amenities weren’t great. The location was good to get to all central locations. On site Starbucks was good. Breakfast hours were not good and ended up requesting a refund - poorly communicated times lead to a quick bite at Starbucks. Overall ok but would not stay again.

Room was dusty - glasses had a lot of dust and hair in it, not been changed for a while. TV was on the smaller side and older and the bathroom door was so loud it woke people up if you went to the bathroom at night. Would have been nice to have access to a small fridge. Staff were absolutely lovely and helpful, best part about the hotel.
