KITCHEN + DINING + LIVING:
The open floor plan features a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and standard appliances including a stovetop/oven, a freezer top fridge, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Additional small appliances include a blender, a drip coffee maker, toaster, can opener, etc. The stackable washer/dryer is also located off of the kitchen. The dining table seats 6 and there are 3 bar stools located at the kitchen bar. The living room offers amble comfortable seating with a large Sofa and 2 cozy armchairs with a smart TV and Boardgames.
BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS:
All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The primary bedroom that overlooks the lagoon features a king size bed with Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with a vanity, and a tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom also features a king bed with an ensuite full bathroom and Smart TV. The 3rd bedroom features a Queen bunk bed. The Half bath is located on the main level near the front of the home.
OUTDOOR and LOUNGE SPACES:
The Egret`s Pointe townhomes are located close to the main entrance of the resort making for a short walk to the marina and restaurants. The closest pool is only two buildings over and is located right next to Water`s Edge Cafe. The deck located on the rear side of the home has seating for 4 where guests can relax and listen to the calming sound of the lagoon fountain. The primary bedroom has a balcony and seating for 2 located just above the back deck.
Full house access! treat this as your home away from home. we only have 2 closets we ask that you do not access which are locked

➡️While guests have access to all of the Ocean Ridge Resort amenities. We do not maintain the amenities and cannot control if an amenity is closed or requires maintenance during your stay
Guests get access to Ocean Ridge amenities via a key fob. If the key fob is lost the cost to replace the fob is $500.
