Okay hotel with dated rooms

It was a good hotel in a good location. Dated, but clean and have good facility I asked for a higher floor and quiet room and I got email confirmation. I got assigned a room on the second floor opposite the laundry room with loud fan noise. Also the hot tub was not heated so we have like a cold tub with jets

Great Italian restaurant close by

The hotel is nice with a fantastic Italian restaurant right across the street. I’m not sure why the deposit is $250 or why it takes 1-5 days to be returned to my card. The Doubletree I stayed at the night before was a $50 deposit and was credited back to my card before I’d even left the lobby.
