This spacious new executive luxury home within the prestigious Orchards community in South Edmonton. It's modern 2242 sq.ft single family house beautifully finished with high-end luxury furniture, 65'' smart TV in the living room and 40'' smart TV in the master room.

The kitchen is beautifully finished, guests have full access to the kitchen during their stay. It is fully stocked with pans, pots, plates, cups, utensils, salt, pepper, cooking oil, spray oil, tupperware, condiments. The coffee brewing area is on the countertop, fully stocked with coffee, cream, sugar, tea and hot chocolate. There is an office area just by the side of the kitchen.
Dining area features an upgraded light fixture and a high-end dining set with 6 stylish dining chairs which are designed to provide excellent back support.

The flex room just infront of the stairs has a recliner loveseat. This can be a quiet, study, meditation or discussion room for guests.

There 4 bedrooms all have comfy brand new mattress, side table and night lamp to ensure our guests have a good sleep like they do at their own homes. Each bed is arranged to sleep two guests.
Bedroom1 has a king-size bed, 40" smart TV, cable, large walk-in closet and its fully en-suite with a soaker tub and double sink.
Bedroom 2 & 3 have a queen bed each with a large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 4 with a fun colour design theme has a double-door entrance and two queen beds with a dresser.

The bathrooms are equipped with a body wash, conditioner, shampoo, hair dryer, toothpaste, swabs, towelettes and handwash for guests use.

Laundry upstairs is equipped with washer, dryer, detergent, ironing board and iron.
