Our room was fairly dirty, we found so many long black hairs on the floor of the bathroom and on the white towels. The lobby is bright with many fun colours and with the location being so close to the WEM, those are the pluses.

The only positive thing is the location to the mall and how easy it was to walk there. Check in took way too long even though I already prepaid and booked on Expedia. I felt like the front desk was making an account for me putting every detail in. Then made keys etc. It was a 15 minute process. At any other hotel, our keys are ready to go and check in is simple and quick. When checking out, the front desk lady was busy cleaning. I finally had to say, “Can I just leave my key and leave?” as my husband was waiting outside. Room was clean but beds were hard and towels were very thin and cheap.

It was good.The breakfast could have offered more healthy food- more fruit options. The water pressure in the bathroom sink in room 320 was very low. We did greatly appreciate them accommodating our adjoining rooms.

The reason to stay at this property is its proximity to WEM. It has easy parking and lots of amenities close by. It is also easy to get to. We found the room to be average but the hotel itself was noisy and the breakfast service was disappointing

No 'Pay At Hotel' - is a lure only

Beware - "pay at hotel" is a joke. Entire stay was on visa hours before we even arrived. Per their receipt, uppn leaving, the amount is even 'held' on your visa for up to 72 hours after you stay. Even though we prefer to pay cash and clrqrly bookdd pay at hotel, this was actually not an option at all. Very mediocre breakfast as well - prepeeled boiled eggs, white or brown bread for toast, pancake maker broken, yogurt 'dispenser' were pretty much the options (no meats, bagels etc). Coffee was good.
