The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, but it is only few mins drive to the heart of Edmunston. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this really was not a good stay for many reasons. First, I got an email asking me to check in prior to my arrival, which I typically don’t do until I arrive but it was marked urgent. I did. Within minutes of doing so, I get a text saying that the elevator is out of service for an undetermined amount of time, and that there is no water until 5pm. My family and I (3 kids) drove and prolonged our arrival because of the lack of water. I had also booked this hotel because of the EV charger they state they have. When I arrived they only had Tesla chargers which only work for teslas EVs, so the whoek reason why I booked here wasn’t even available. My husband ended up dropping off the car at another hotel to charge. If I didn’t get that “urgent” check in, if I would have know. In advance about the lack of elevator and water and EV charger, I would have cancelled my booking. It felt like they tricked us into checking in only to then tell us all the issues at the hotel so that we had already bought in. On top of all of this, the when my husband arrived he asked for coffee and the coffee maker was out of service. this hotel was really out of commission. I had also asked for a crib for my infant and after a Telling us to our fave about the elevator, the water, the check in lady told me it would cost me 10$ for a safe place for my baby to sleep!!! She couldn’t even comp it for all the inconveniences. This place was truly unbelievable.

No one at front counter when I arrived, had sign Be Back shortly, stood there 15 minutes, serveral customer came in and left again, girl never even said sorry for the wait, then she told me the elevators we not working and the only room they had was on the 3th floor, had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs, no staff there to help, The Best Western in Grand Falls a 30 minute drive a much better choice

The elevator was down and we had to walk up 4 floors, they did have a valet to help with luggage going up but not down. There is not really much storage in the room, they even keel the iron in the bathroom because they have no space outside of the bathroom. The hairdryer is old and kept over heating. The breakfast was ok.

I had a great experience at this hotel! Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The highlight was definitely the fun waterslide in the pool—perfect for kids and adults alike. The continental breakfast exceeded expectations with a great variety and fresh options. Plus, the location was super convenient for everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

It was average. Staff was fantastic. Hotel was a bit dated. Snack and beverage machine were the old coin ones but the front desk had change and ther was an atm machine on sight. The breakfast was a bit less than other hotels of the same ratings. The dinner restaurant was good and the staff there were awesome.

Staff was friendly from the front desk to breakfast staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. Elevator was not in service, they offered another room on a lower floor, however we had only one bag and needed to stretch our legs. We would definitely go back. Thank you for everything. 💕
