Escape to a modern oasis within a 1915 historic El Paso home! This private, updated apartment comfortably fits 4 guests. Features a king bed, full kitchen, and smart TV. Perfectly located just 4 blocks from UTEP and a 5-minute drive to downtown. Enjoy shared access to a large front porch and backyard, ideal for exploring the city on foot or by bike. Laundry room is shared.

Downtown El Paso is a great stop for food, drinks, and shopping and it's a 5 minute UBER ride. Try Anson 11 for a great cocktail or Dead Beach Brewery if craft beer is more your thing. Cafe Central is the place to go for an upscale meal or if you need some authentic Mexican food, Los Colorines is your next stop. Need a coffee joint in the morning - try out the Coffee Box which is found inside some old train cars! And when you're full, you can always catch a show at the Plaza Theatre!
You will have private access to the entirety of Unit 2. You are also welcome to enjoy the shared common areas, including the large front porch furnished with a table and chairs, and the quaint backyard, which is perfect for catching famous Texas sunsets.
Step inside this charming 1915 historic home to find your private, beautifully updated apartment (Unit 2). While the exterior is classic red brick, the interior is a surprising oasis of contemporary comfort and style.
* **Bedroom:** Large, light-filled room with a comfortable king-size bed and a 55” Smart TV with Netflix. A rollaway single bed is available in the bedroom closet for extra flexibility.
* **Living Room & Kitchen:** An open-concept space featuring a leather sofa and an additional single bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-sized stainless steel appliances for preparing meals.
* **Bathroom:** A sleek, modern bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, stocked with all the essentials for your stay.
* **Laundry:** A back door from your unit leads to a shared laundry area with a full-sized front-loading washer and dryer.
Sun City Metro has a stop directly outside this home which can't make it much easier. Just one block north at Mundy Park you'll find the bike share rentals "BCycle". Just swipe your card and take a bike - it's only about ten minutes to downtown. UTEP is four blocks away from the house and Circle K is just one block west if you need those last minute items. Uber and Lyft are always a quick option to and from the house and all the essentials are pretty close. Or once you get downtown, you can try the newly renovated El Paso Retro Streetcars which is a great, free (on the weekends) way to see and travel downtown!
* **Parking Pass:** Your stay includes one parking pass. Please be sure to return the visitor pass to the dresser before you check out to avoid a $50 replacement fee.
* **Guest Verification:** If your booking was made on a platform other than Airbnb, you will be asked to complete a guest verification process through our third-party partner, Truvi. This is required to comply with local regulations and provide extra protection for our guests and property.
* **Damage Protection:** Instead of a traditional security deposit, your booking includes a Security Deposit Waiver provided by Turnkey STRs. This waiver covers accidental damages up to $500. Please note this does not cover theft, pet damage, or damages resulting from a violation of house rules. Full details will be provided.
