The carpet smell sooo bad and the hotel it’s really dirty since you go inn smells like dirty feets the walls all dirty no it’s a terrible experience

The shuttle does not work at early hours and they failed to mention that- which was a reason why we stayed there. The elevator said the last inspection was 5 months past due. The room was small and overall not very clean.

I was hoping I could just post pictures but they won't upload. Our stay was over all comfortable. This hotel is in desperate need of maintenance/updating, however, the AC works, the beds are comfy and the breakfast is good. The staff were all friendly expect for the guy closing the pool early and not replenishing towels. He told us to go to the front desk to ask for them(when he was the front desk and not there) This caused us to look inconsiderate treading water in the building and making it hard on housekeeping because he needed a smoke break ....

The staff was very nice and Josh the night manager was very attentive and courteous. The morning meal was very nice and delicious. The staff puts a lot of pride in preparing the food. I like that they have a shuttle to the airport and it's available when a ride is needed. I look forward to my return and recommend this facility to friends and family.

Roches, the elevator kept getting stuck. The hot water was nonexistent, the halls on the 3rd floor smell like mold and you See roches in the hallway dead. The lobby and the pictures fool you into thinking its going to at least be clean but once you really get into your room u will notice all the issues.
