This beautiful flat is located on the third floor of a building with a lift and offers a simple and cosy style. It is distributed over two floors and on the ground floor you will find the living-dining room which is spacious and bright as there is direct access to the jewel of this accommodation, its terrace. It is equipped with a table and chairs, the perfect place to have breakfast in the open air or simply relax with a glass of wine. All this while enjoying the tranquillity and the views of the Guadalete River and its surroundings. The lounge is equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning. On the other side of the corridor you will find the kitchen which is vitroceramic and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably and feel at home. On the same floor there is a toilet. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

On floor -1 are the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub, the second bedroom has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower, the third bedroom has two single beds and the last one has a trundle bed with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor.

The accommodation is located right in the centre of Puerto de Santa Maria, a charming seaside town that offers all the services necessary for a comfortable and independent stay. El Puerto stands out for its cultural and natural wealth, with fascinating places to explore, such as the Castillo de San Marcos, a historical jewel dating back to the 13th century, and the food market, ideal for immersing yourself in local life and buying fresh and exquisite products. Close by is Los Toruños Natural Park, a perfect place for outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and visits to the interpretation centre. The town also boasts spectacular beaches, the closest being La Puntilla beach, famous for its fine golden sand and crystal clear waters. This beach is especially suitable for families, as it offers services such as showers, toilets, beach umbrellas and sun loungers for rent, as well as beach bars and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious local specialities.
