FANTASTIC apartment located within Oriental Coast Sentido, a tourist resort overlooking the Red Sea. The structure is located at Km. 34 south of the town of El Quseir. It is easily reachable from Marsa Alam airport, about twenty minutes away by road.
The elegant Nubian-style apartment with a well-lit dome, of about 55 square meters, is located in a large structure divided between the Resort and the Residential area. Unit 322 owned by Enrico overlooks the Red Sea, which is about 150 meters away.
It consists of: large living room with spacious terrace overlooking the sea on the tropical garden. dining table, comfortable sofa and satellite TV, open kitchen with 4-burner electric hob, fridge, oven. Large room with double bed and wardrobes, sea view from the mashrabiyya (Arabic style wooden terrace), bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment on the second and top floor of a style building is located in the residential area with a swimming pool dedicated to residents. A few steps away there is a super market shop for grocery shopping. Access to private beach for residents separate from the resort, with dedicated facilities such as, bar, restaurant, deckchairs with umbrellas (in bamboo) and access to the Red Sea.
Also free access to the facilities of the adjacent Resort with use of swimming pools, tennis courts. volleyball and restaurants (extra paid restaurant).
The property is well kept, colorful, very bright and is equipped with the necessary comforts for short or long stays. The area is monitored.
