Beautiful apartment with spectacular sea views in Tabaiba. It has capacity for 3 people, and is located just 15 minutes by car from the capital of the island, Santa Cruz, and halfway to the south of Tenerife, an ideal location to visit all the points of interest.

Its spaciousness and luminosity, as well as its incredible terrace where you can enjoy the sea, make this property the ideal place to enjoy as a couple or for business trips.

The apartment can accommodate up to three people and is divided into two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen size double bed and 50' TV; and the second bedroom with a single sofa bed; a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The American style kitchen is open plan to the living/dining room, a spacious and bright room equipped with a comfortable sofa, dining table, 45' Smart TV and air conditioning; all with direct access to the spectacular terrace where you can enjoy the sunrises and sunsets, relax with a book or have breakfast with incredible views of the sea.

For added convenience, the property has lift.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Italian coffee machine, toaster, juicer, fan, hairdryer, iron, bed linen and towels and much more.
