Our stylish, spacious condo is just six steps up to a single-level sanctuary! Enjoy outdoor relaxation on the deck, which features breathtaking views, a cozy porch swing, a screened porch, and an outdoor dining area.

Inside, there are three bedrooms, each with a smart TV (Roku included), two full bathrooms, and a half bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker and all necessary essentials for cooking and entertaining. A private office with scenic views and WiFi makes remote work convenient.

Pass the time with various board games from the closet or try fishing off your private dock (bring your gear!). A washer and dryer add ease to your stay, letting you pack light and focus on creating memories!

Arrive by sailboat or motorboat and secure it in your exclusive slip! You can easily access the water from Waterfront Park, located a short distance from the condo (Free boat launch and trailer parking) or nearby marinas.

Ideal for river activities like fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or swimming, this location is also just a 45-minute drive from OBX Waterpark, making it great for day trips.

Up to four vehicles are permitted, with two reserved parking spaces and two spots in the central overflow area, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Oversized vehicles, bucket trucks, and trailers are NOT permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and a maximum of three guests.
