Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all trash bags in the large brown container on the back deck and ensure the lid is fully closed.
Leave used towels hanging on bathroom hooks. For used beds, leave stripped sheets and pillowcases in a pile on the bedroom floor.
Turn off all mini-split units before departure and confirm the entrance gate is closed and secured.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Smoking/Vaping only allowed outside-- No swimming or wading in creek-- Fire Pit must never be left unattended and must be full extinguished after use
Bunk beds are used at your own risk. Children must be supervised. Booking confirms acceptance of responsibility for their use.
