The hotel was nice, and convenient. Our keycards wouldn't work a couple times and the breakfast was somewhat limited. We thought the room could have been a tad more clean. Overall, it was a nice stay but could have been a little better.

I’ve been in the service industry for over forty years. Customer service is not difficult but unfortunately not common. This hotel is an example of the lack of simple customer service. A lack of good management always rolls downhill. Returning will not be an option.
