Cameo Cottage- Storybook 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Mountain Getaway

Experience the magic of this unique, warm and cozy cottage nestled within the Coosawattee River Resort. Cottage is complete with 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin Sofa Bed, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, deck w/outdoor dining table, gas grill, outdoor fire pit, and 4-person hot tub. Resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, rec center w/gym, arcade, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, billiards, mini golf, etc. Enjoy tubing, kayaking, fishing and swimming on the river!

Cottage was as advertised and made for a comfortable and clean base for us to enjoy the area. Had friends staying in another cabin in the resort but didn’t realize just how spread out it is! Deer were everywhere and fun to watch.

Cottage is beautifully decorated and stocked with just about anything you need. Host was very easy to communicate with. The only downside was that I had recently injured my knee and had trouble navigating the stairs and outside. I would suggest a sign at the drive way pointing out the location of the cottage. We arrived at night and had a small problem finding it.I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing getaway.

The cabin is adorably decorated and well stocked. Plenty of kitchen gadgets and even a French press. Bed was very comfortable and the cabin is cozy. Hope to be able to stay here again sometime! Note if you check in at the main entrance do not let google maps route you all the way around to come back out the same entrance on Beaver Lake Dr. Make a u turn and go back out to 382 instead! Otherwise you will waste 10 minutes on some narrow unpaved roads. Other than that the google maps routing was fine. Highly recommend this cabin.

My sister and I had such a relaxing trip. The cabin was FANTASTIC! The homey feel amd thoughtful decor made for a very comfortable stay. There.were many little extra lime spices in the cabinet, hot tub towels and even soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. Our host was responsive to questions and quick to respond when we had a small issue with.the srove not working properly. I highly recommended staying at Cameo Cottage.

This is a lovely cottage. Very quiet and extremely comfortable. This was very accommodating for a brief weekend. The area is secluded for the most part. There are neighbors that you share a large parking area with, but you never see them. It's quite the journey from the entrance to the cottage, but worth it. The instructions were to enter the resort area through the main gate. That's fine, but google navigation takes you through the mountain resort, out another gate, and into a third gate. That was a bit annoying. But finally found it.At night, the cottage truly looks like a storybook home. It would be even more cozy in the winter or fall.

Cozy New Year Getaway in Georgia

We had an incredible stay at this charming little cottage in Georgia to ring in the New Year. The place was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing escape.
