Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator and ice maker not working. The staff was friendly. They offered to keep my insulin in frig in back of office. Breakfast was enjoyable. My choice of hotel in the area. We've stayed there many times.

The staff was very welcoming of our 4 lb yorkies. Shingles at the side of building. No hskpg d/t having little dogs. 7d/6n. Left early d/t incoming ice & snow storm. TP holder was not there, 1 xs trash can, not in bathroom. No sheet changes, had to put trash and towels outside of door. Had to go to desk for towels, trash bags and quarters for washer and dryer. Only one dryer was working so had to wait until other person was done drying, if they weren’t in the laundry room, had to wait for them to come back and get their clothes. Our little dog barked once going outside the first night because it was a new place and strange people. Never once barked in halls or in our room. Breakfast was varied daily. Bland but not horrible. Coffee 24 hrs, that was great. Wish they would’ve had trays though, would’ve helped since we had to eat in our room because of our little dogs. Just need more trash cans, update TP holder, get new pillows (horrible) and trays. Also, hskpg if guest and dogs are gone all day. Other than that, good stay. Hope I get credited that last night since we didn’t stay d/t weather and the fact that we were driving to Florida. Staff was very friendly and helpful for whatever we needed.

DO NOT STAY! There was no hot water in the entire building. I spoke to the manager about this situation and was told I could only get a $20 refund for no hot water. The breakfast was pathetic with little to no options. I would never recommend a stay at this location.
