upon check in I was asked if I had a preference on location of room, by elevator or further down hall. I said no next to elevator but closer than further. I get to room, it's almost end of hallway. I needed to call front desk to ask a question, no phone in room. I tried to look up phone number on website, all I could find was a reservation phone number. they did offer to get a phone but still.... I pulled the shade down for night, it continued to pull down to the point it seemed like it was going to break. I called about this. They came and said they'd fix it another day. Overall, not happy and would not recommend.

We couldn’t see out of the left side of the large window as it was covered with a white film. The area above the window was corroding. There was only 1 partially used roll of toilet paper and we ran out and used tissue. There were no towels in the pool area. Beautiful location but the establishment needs some TLC.

We love the location of the hotel! The staff was very nice, accommodating, and helpful! The food and drinks at the restaurant was wonderful. Our room had a slightly funky smell when we first walked in, but it went away as soon as we started running the air conditioning. Everything was very comfortable and made for a wonderful trip!

The room was clean and the linens and towels especially nice. The staff friendly and the pool warm and inviting. The location was great to enjoy restaurants , shopping and museums. Parking was a challenge, & the ac/heat unit in our room was extremely noisy. The TP was awful. Room didn't have any pen,paper, maps, menus-etc. The sliding closet door was a pain and another mirror would have been nice.

Our first room smelled really bad of body odor or maybe pee and had a leaking window or heating unit. They gave us another room but we didn't get any rate improvement after suffering through the awful smell. Hotel seems to need an update and renovations.
