Welcome to your beautifully decorated oceanfront cottage—the perfect retreat with stunning views and a comfortable layout. This single-family home features four bedrooms and three decks—two of which face the ocean—making it an ideal getaway.

Upper Level
Take in breathtaking views from three of the bedrooms, each outfitted with ceiling fans. The bedroom setup includes a King, Queen, and two Single beds, creating versatile sleeping arrangements.
Relax in the spacious living room with a 55-inch HDTV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, and Blu-ray DVD player; or enjoy meals at the dining table that seats six.
The master suite offers a King bed, cable TV, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a ceramic tile floor and laundry chute. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, a refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, an expandable dining table, and even a pull-down ironing board and card/puzzle table. Central air and heating keep the home comfortable year-round.

Lower Level
The lower level has a separate exterior entrance and offers porcelain tile floors, a washer/dryer, a second refrigerator, and a microwave. Relax in the cozy sitting area with a table for four, a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV, and a Queen sleeper sofa. This level also includes a bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bath, providing extra comfort and privacy.

Great location with run down property

We love Emerald Isle and the location of this rental was great, but the inside was very run down. Several of the walls have moisture damage and the inside had a very weird smell, which we attributed to moisture. The bottom floor (mother in law suite) definitely had mildew in it…you could smell it. The bedroom with the king bed upstairs had water trickling through the ceiling air vent during a rainstorm. I woke up to what felt like rain drops on my face during a bad thunderstorm. It’s concerning to see this and made me even more worried about the smell and the water damaged walls. I definitely would not stay in this property again, but I would visit Emerald Isle again.
