The room was lovely and the service and people were exceptional. Service with a smile. The fine dinner i’d organised was amazingly executed. I would recommend staying at the property. The SPA could be better as the temp of water wasn’t good enough plus the SPA set up didn’t quite work between the pool, steam and sauna.overall good

Whilst we appreciate the “high touch” service of the hotel staff upon checkin, it would enhance the experience if the level of interaction with the staff could be tailored and chosen by guest as part of the booking request For example, we had been travelling extensively prior to our stay, and at checkin, we just wanted to get to our room to relax - so whilst the hotel staff were great with our luggage and the reception took us walked us to our room and showed us the features to our room, we really just wanted to rest, but felt impolite to decline.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful and made our trip to Engleberg so worth the detour we took to go there. The staff was excellent with the most note worthy service being provided by Freya and Lazio. We stayed in the Epoque room which was one of the loveliest beautifully appointed rooms with rounded windows but modern Scandinavian style furniture and a gorgeous up to date bathroom! And the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an outstanding experience and highly recommend this property.

From the moment we arrived at Kempinski Palace Engelberg, we were completely enchanted. The hotel is the perfect blend of Swiss alpine charm and world-class luxury. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The concierge and front desk went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and every evening felt like a retreat into calm and comfort. The rooftop infinity pool and spa were a highlight — simply magical. The Kempinski Palace is a world class resort in the small charming town of Engelberg at Mt Titlis. The staff are amazing professionals. The food is excellent. The spa on the top of the hotel is as nice as I have ever seen. We loved our time there and will return to stay even longer.
