The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard, including a dishwasher, a Delizio coffee machine, and a microwave, making self-catering both effortless and enjoyable. The sleeping arrangements consist of a master bedroom with a generous double bed measuring 180x200 cm and a children's room fitted with 2 sets of bunk beds, comfortably accommodating families travelling with younger guests. The bathroom is complete with a bath, shower, and WC. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available within the apartment itself, adding a further layer of convenience for longer stays. The property is located in close proximity to the train station, placing the very best of Engelberg within easy reach from the moment of arrival.

The apartment is a strictly non-smoking property, and animals are not permitted under any circumstances. A ski room is available on site, equipped with dryers for ski boots, gloves, and helmets, making it an excellent base for winter sports enthusiasts. A bike room is also provided for guests travelling with bicycles. Bath and kitchen towels are included in the rental, as is the local tax. A baby cot is available upon request as an optional extra. A key deposit of CHF 300.00 is required and will be charged to a credit card. Guests are kindly advised that renovation works are currently underway on another apartment and the roof terrace within the same building. As a result, residents should anticipate occasional disruptions and, at times, significant construction noise until 30th April 2026.
