The house stays nice and cozy year-round with air conditioning and heating. The home was designed to maximize the ocean views and natural light, so traditional window coverings were not installed. The property uses coastal reflective glass that provides privacy during the day. At night, windows are lightly tinted, and the house is elevated on stilts and positioned in a way that provides good privacy, so people generally cannot see in from ground level. Most guests really enjoy the bright, open feel and the beautiful views. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this house provides a welcoming retreat. This was a wonderful location and the owner was nice communicative. The place was super clean with the exception of some kitchen items perhaps an oversight because we were the first to rent here. Definitely needs window treatments on the bedroom and bathroom windows but we think this will quickly become a favorite spot for vacationers.
