Bad experience with the hotel management came out to the parking lot and told me that I owe more money because I had 2 small dogs. I told him that I paid thru Expedia.com and it said that your hotel was pet friendly and he said yes we are pet friendly but for extra cash! Also the toilet didn’t work well. I won’t stay there again.

The room was a lot better than the photos, they gave us one of the first floor rooms and it was nicely cold, having in mind we came in on summer, the AC at the room work well, close to the main avenue and very close from everywhere, They never reply on the WhatsApp of the cafe at the lobby, but meh. Totally recommended, the pool was good and the jacuzzi was heated.

Our room had several issue—shower curtain rod did not stay up, the sofa had gross pee stains (I had to ask for blankets because it was not furnished), the bathroom shutters did not close completely and they lead to an abandoned alley way. Our room also shared a wall with the local cantina, so there was LOUD music until almost 2am. The room itself was clean and beds were fine. Not a good experience. Would NOT recommend.
