You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the indoor fireplace and two closets that are locked for owner use. You will enjoy the backyard areas, fire-pit, and converted game room. Birke Licht Chalet features four bedrooms, including a double bunk room designed for kids and teens, creating a fun and inviting space to enjoy. With three ensuite bathrooms, this pet-friendly property ensures that everyone in the family can join in on the vacation experience.

This property is managed by Northern Door Vacations and we take a personal approach to guest communications. You`ll be talking to a live person dedicated to this house on phone, text or e-mail.

This is a pet-friendly property with a max of two well-behaved dogs, with a $350 fee; restrictions may apply. You must notify Northern Door Vacations of your desire to bring a dog prior to your stay. We will have a few questions and a pet policy for you to acknowledge. A ring doorbell with a security camera is on site.

**Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee. This is detailed in the guest contract.**

only. Use of indoor fireplace is prohibited
No RVs, campers, or camping trailers of any kind are allowed on the property
Please do not use our linens offsite (towels, sheets, throws, etc.), especially at the beach
Maximum of 2 pets per stay with additional pet fee. Pets must be leashed outdoors and are not
allowed on furniture
Minimum age of renter is 25 years of age
Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited
