Looking for a real holiday in Southern Brittany, between the ocean, nature and peace and quiet?
This charming 36 m² fully renovated holiday home is located in the Safran residence in Erdeven, an authentic village in the Morbihan, well known for its wild beaches, sand dunes and relaxed atmosphere.
Erdeven beach is within walking distance (around 900 m) via a pleasant coastal path directly accessible from the residence. A real advantage to enjoy the sea freely, without needing a car.

The house has been designed to offer a warm and functional setting, ideal for relaxing holidays:
• 1 bedroom with a 160 × 190 cm double bed, bedside tables, lamps and storage
• Bright living room with a sofa bed providing two additional sleeping spaces
• Fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking on site: electric hob, stainless steel sink, microwave, oven/grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils
• Bathroom with a large bathtub and vanity unit
• Separate toilet
The accommodation is bright, modern and pleasant to live in.
