The space
Sapphire Beach House is a spacious and fully furnished accommodation space, accommodating up to 7 people (ideal for families and friends) and offers: 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 of which have their own bathroom with shower), 1 guest bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen.
Outside there are many parking spaces, a large yard with a tennis court, a ping-pong table, a soccer goal, and a grass area. Just steps from the house lead to the serene, private beach.

More specifically, all 3 bedrooms include air conditioning, closets, body towels, and linens, plus a “welcome kit” is provided for the bathroom (with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, mini shampoo and body wash as well as a sewing kit) for your convenience. A washer is also available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: four-seat table, refrigerator, stove with hot plates, microwave, dishwasher, as well as all necessary cutlery and cooking utensils to easily prepare your daily meals.
Next to the kitchen is the living room, with a large, comfortable sofa perfect for relaxing, reading or TV. There you will also find a fireplace, which makes the house suitable also for winter getaways by the sea!

Heading to the courtyard, you'll encounter beautiful flowers and trees, the tennis court, ping-pong table, and soccer goal. In addition, there is plenty of grass area for sunbathing, yoga or working out.
A few steps away from the courtyard, stretches the enchanting landscape of the sea, with easy access from the steps leading up to your private beach. Where the calm waters of the bay meet the horizon. It's time to enjoy every moment by swimming, relaxing, and feeling the saltiness of the air on your skin.

Sapphire Beach House, beyond its amenities, is in a particularly convenient spot, with the possibility to explore the surrounding areas with a short drive.
Right, just 10 minutes away, is the village of Eretria, where you can discover the ancient history of the place by visiting the archaeological museum and the ruins of the ancient theater. Then, take a walk to the village for a coffee or ice cream, and enjoy fresh fish and traditional flavors at restaurants by the sea.
On the left, just 15-20 minutes away, is the charming city of Chalkida, the main meeting point of Evia, which offers entertainment for all ages, with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and parks. Don't miss a walk along the well-known phenomenon of "Crazy Water" (Stream of Evripos), under the bridge, where the waters are constantly changing direction!

Returning home at night, thanks to the quiet location away from the road, you can isolate yourself from every distraction and enjoy the sight of the sea, the starry sky and the city lights in the distance of the bay, from the ideal spot in front of the courtyard.
