Cleaning very bad in 4 nights never vacuum the floor and never cleaned the abfluss in dusche very very bad. The spaghetti bolognese also bad. I will never stay here again.

This hotel is for business travelers not people going on vacation for starters they charge about 20 euro a night for parking in their parking garage but in their listing it doesn't say anything about having to pay for parking unless you click further into the details by that time if you're already booked there is no refund to find another hotel also because I complain my room was only cleaned two times in 5 days when I checked out there was a lady checking out before me and the man at the desk was extremely nice gave her a card with a little chocolate or something on top of it what's your Merry Christmas and she left when I got up there not even a thank you nothing didn't even say goodbye they told me at the beginning I only stayed in the parking garage for one night they told me it to be getting after I decided to pay 12 euro a day to park in the parking lot behind the hotel not knowing that it's like 4 Euro 50 every time you leave and go back into the parking lot The breakfast was less than ideal The orange juice came out of some dispenser probably frozen concentrated orange juice but it was definitely wasn't fresh squeezed like most hotels. run don't walk away from this hotel, I've been a Germany three times this year I lived there for 10 years and I visited probably 12 or 13 times in my life and this was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at also if you're not LGBTQIA+ don't even bother checking in they could care less about you. Biggest bait and switch ever

Angenehmer geht‘s nicht!

Hier hat man an alles gedacht! Die Ausstattung ist elegant, praktisch und durchdacht. Das Bett unheimlich bequem. Die schallisolierten Zimmer himmlisch ruhig. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl im Hotel, vor allem wegen des ausgefallen freundlichen, kompetenten und hilfsbereiten Personals. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

We only stayed one night, but experience here was great. We had family and friends stay here and they recommended it and it came through. The room was bright, clean and quiet and the staff were great. We left some bags for the day while we explored Erlangen and they were super helpful with that. I also really recommend the breakfast--wow, we almost skipped lunch after such a good breakfast. The hotel is maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the train station (pulling suitcases) or there are taxis available.

Night portier didn’t do anything to ask the other guest to move their EV cars even though it is their policy at the hotel that when the car is 100% charged you have to move your car. We came in late afternoon and needed to charge. Two cars was fully charged in the afternoon and was still parked at the charging space in the morning. 😡staff both night and morning was totally not able to help in any way👏👎

Friendly staff and clean modern room. Breakfast was the highlight with fresh product, quality bread and surprising options (bulgar salad, veggies, egg salad, …) You see that all the staff puts great care and attention to detail. All for a very affordable price!
