Dalt la Figuera is a beautiful house, categorized with four stars, located in the small town of La Higuera, just 12 min. of the aqueduct and on the Pirón River Route. The house is on the outskirts of the town center and invites you to stroll through its meadows and pine groves or to explore the course of the Polendos stream.

The owner tells us how she designed this house and her garden taking care of every detail, to achieve an environment of tranquility in the midst of nature. He imitated the colors of the landscape, used wood and stone and planted the native plants of this area of Segovia; although he added some architectural element of his land, Mallorca, such as the mud gutters that can be seen in the photo.
The barbecue is on the porch with access to the large garden, there is a table with chairs and a sack of coal and pills to light.
The spaciousness of the house and its careful decoration, together with the lush garden that surrounds it, will transfer you to a world of peace and tranquility and contact with nature.
It has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. A huge living room with two areas, the dining room with a large table for 12 people and the fireplace, with comfortable sofas.
On the top floor there is a living room, with wooden floors, where there are games and toys for the little ones and a library, with children's books.
It is an ideal place for families with children and travelers with pets, who will always be welcome.
At 20 meters from the house there is a sports court and in the summer months a pool is installed in the garden.
The house is fully equipped, bed linen and towels, hand soap, gel and shampoo in the bathrooms, and a hair dryer.
In the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils and also detergents, cloth, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, ....

The house is on the outskirts of Casc Urbà and invites you to walk through the mountains or pine trees or to explore the Polendos river course.

The owner explains how this house will be designed and the garden will be taken care of every detail, in order to advise an environment of natural tranquility. The colors of the country will be imitated, the whip will be used and the pedra will be sown and planted with native plants in this area of Segòvia; face that it will affect some architectural element of the seva terra, Mallorca, like els canalons de fang which is able to see the photo.

Dalt la Figuera is a lovely house, categorized with four stars, situated in the small village of La Higuera, only 12 minutes from the Aqueduct and of the route of the river Pirón. The house is at the edge of the village center and invites you to stroll throught the nearby pastures and pine forest, or to enjoy the scenary along the course of the Polendos stream.
The owner told us how she designed the house and the garden herself, paying great attention to every detail in order to achieve a haven of tranquility in the midst of a natural setting. She imitated the colors of the countryside, using wood and local stone, and in the garden planted varieties of plants wich are indigenous to this part of Segovia; although she also added some architectural features wich are typical of her native Mallorca, for example the clay gutters wich can be seen in the photo.
