Great host

We had an issue with the a/c but Ed tried hard to address this and was very responsive. Comfortable apartment but with over fussy a/c and lighting controls. Super view and well located for exploring the area. Well equipped. Main bed mattress too firm for us but we are used to Tempur beds so a tough act to follow.

Amazing apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Estepona. The apartment was lovely, had everything we needed and was in a lovely location with views of the sea from the balcony. We didn’t have a car during our stay and didn’t feel that was a disadvantage at all. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Superb apartment in a lovely complex and brilliant views

This apartment looks just like the photos, it is a high quality apartment with great facilities and an amazing view over the sea. The Bahia complex is spotlessly clean and so well maintained, it is very quiet and we never had any issues getting sunbeds no matter what time, there was always lots and lots free, at most there was a handful of people in the pools. The complex has 2 pools, one by the sea, this is smaller of the two but its advantage was to take your sunbed outside the complex overlooking the sea, this was utterly brilliant, the larger pool was excellent for fun and playing, again with lots of sunbeds, the pools were crystal clear, so well maintained with life guards watching over, we never had any noise issues in the complex, underground parking was great although getting to the parking spot is like playing super mario dodging the concrete pillars. The sea boardwalk goes all the way into Estepona, it is a lovely walk of around 35 minutes, some parts are truly beautiful, especially the lit wooden walkway through the trees, you can walk east to the Laguna Beach complex as well, this has watersports and a giant inflatable to play on in the sea, the Laguna Complex is a very up market with shopping and restaurants, it is a 10 minute walk. The apartment itself has the best air conditioning of any I have stayed, each room had its own temperature control (plus on/off) and it was so quiet, it is furnished to a very high standard, large screen TV and a massive sofa to sit on, the patio is bigger than the pictures suggest and the view is amazing, I loved opening the shutters in the morning from the master bedroom and looking out to sea. The apartment has everything you need, there was not one thing we needed that it didn't have, when we arrived the shutters on the master bedroom had broken (stuff breaks), this was Sunday afternoon, but 12:00noon Monday they were fixed, Ed the owner is fantastic and arranged the repair so quickly, the internet WiFi is fast enough to watch netflix. This is one of the best complexes and nicest apartments we have stayed at and next time we stay on the Costa we would love to stay here,

Apartment was great, very clean with all the facilities you need. Balcony had lovely view, nothing better than having lunch looking at a lovely sea view and hearing the waves, very relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Love clean pool area. Would definitely go back.

Fabulous apartment on a fabulous resort

We had a lovely holiday at Ed’s beautiful, immaculate apartment. Ed provided us with all the information we needed prior to our holiday. Bahia de la Plata is a lovely well kept resort in a very pleasant area approximately 20 minutes walk from the centre of Estapona. We will look forward to staying in Ed’s apartment some time in the near future. Fantastic holiday had by all.

Perfect!

The apartment is perfect, as good as it looks in the pics if not better. It is amazing, so clean and perfectly furnished. The view from the balcony is fantastic looking at the beautiful sea. We awoke each morning to the sound of the waves on the beach (heaven) . Bathrooms are beautiful and there are plenty of towels/mats and change of bed linen. Wifi is ok. There are smart tv's in the apartment. The pool area gets a bit crowded but we were able to bring sunbeds to the garden area by the beach. The complex is kept prestine. We didn't use the gym and indoor pool but we checked it out and it was fab. It is about a 30 min walk to the centre of Estepona town which is beautiful. Plenty of bars and restaurants and beautiful promenade. Carrefour and Aldi are only few mins. by car. This was probably the best apartment we have stayed in and will definitely be returning.

Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Estapona

We enjoyed a great experience in Estapona in this lovely apartment. The apartment is in a secure complex, with lush, well maintained gardens, and a fantastic pool area. The property also has private, direct beach access. The apartment is well equipped with all amenities and was exceptionally clean. We especially loved the large private deck - what an amazing view of the Mediterranean! Ed took the time to communicate with us ahead of time via email and a phone call to ensure we would have an easy arrival. We were also given a local person to contact, Alice, in the event we needed any help. Due to our late arrival time, Alice arranged for our keys and gate remote to be waiting for us at the security kiosk. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment and Ed, our helpful host, to anyone interested in vacationing in Estapona!

Cuarto año que nos hospedamos en casa de Ed, y como siempre la estancia muy agradable. Tuvimos un problemilla electrico que el propietario resolvió de inmediato.
