Spacious 4 BR with theater, close to Airport

This large and spacious home with a private movie theater is only 10 minutes away from the airport, and conveniently located on the way to Denali National Park.
The space
This 1,700 square foot home has plenty of room for the whole group! It has a fully stocked kitchen with almost everything you may need to cook an at home meal. There’s high speed internet available, and guests have free access to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+
After exploring around Fairbanks for the day, you can relax and unwind while enjoying popcorn in the home movie theater with a 100in projector screen. There also are board games, a large backyard, and patio for guests to enjoy.
The master bedroom downstairs is equipped with a chiropractor approved bed. The rest of the rooms are located upstairs. There are two rooms with comfy queen size mattresses, and the fourth room has a twin bed and a bunk bed with two full size beds. If you are traveling with young children, we can also provide a pack n play. There is a large bathroom located on both floors. Both have double sinks, and private doors separating the toilet and shower. There also is a large laundry room downstairs with a washer and dryer that guests can use.
A stocked coffee bar is provided, along with small breakfast items such as oatmeal, cereal, eggs, and milk.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire A side unit, backyard, and patio.
Guests do not have access to the crawl space.
Other things to note
This home is a side by side duplex, so you may have an Airbnb neighbor during your stay.
