Our 3 bed + den / 2 bath pool home in the gated community of the Preserve at Corkscrew is perfect for you and your guests, kids and grandkids included, to enjoy all Southwest Florida has to offer. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

The fully stocked kitchen features all you would need and more to create a home cooked meal away from home. The covered seating on the lanai and lounge chairs by the pool are great for spending quality time together or for some much-needed alone time with a book.

The master bedroom features a gorgeous four-poster canopy, spacious shower & his-and-her vanities in the en-suite bathroom, and an oversized walk-in closet. Tuck yourself away in the den with a good movie or to finish up some work at the office desk & printer! One of the guest bedrooms offers a bunk bed for the kids. Furniture throughout the home accommodates the little ones, including a kids dining table and armchair.

Close to the highway for ease of arrival & departure. A drive away from Bonita & Barefoot Beach.

* 30 day minimum stay. Due to annual lease limits, the high season rental needs to be for a 90 day minimum (between January 1 - April 15).
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for the Preserve at Corkscrew are $100, $75 p.p. background check fee and $75 processing fee
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
