Great service - great location.

There was a minor challenge with the readiness of our room, but the customer service clerk did a great job rectify the situation. We are very pleased outcome and would recommend staying there again.

This may sound picky however walking into the room and seeing a 2$ sign on bottled water kind of turned me off. Also; no coffee in the lobby. It just kind of made me feel that you were going to get revenue by any means possible.

Both good and bad here. First the good: location was terrific, tucked back in the woods. Many convenient things nearby. The hotel has some miles and is showing its age. Staff was helpful. The biggest negative is the heating unit. We were hit with a cold spell and each night the unit would roar like a train was coming thru the window. TV remote drove me crazy. Needed new batteries. Had to rotate the batteries. Overall great three night trip. Hotel was in a great spot.

Some of the furniture in the room was broken and damaged. The room was spacious. It was very cold and the temperature seemed as if it wouldn’t change no matter how I tried to adjust it.

Check in staff was Awesome. So sorry I didnt get her name. Check out not very friendly at all. Was actually rude to my husband when he asked to use the free breakfast coupon we received on check in. (For our anniversary) Yes, it was dated for the previous date. Were were tired from traveling and over slept. However, we would definitely stay here again.
