We spent 2 nights here. When we walked into the room the flooring was broke right in front of the door and it smelled very mildew like. It's right across from the ocean so we thought maybe that was the smell, however we realized there was a hole in the shower and the water was running behind the shower wall every time someone showers, this room is upstairs so I'm sure it's causing massive water damage. The floors are laminate and they don't clean them. When you walk around in since it's very clear that the floors have not been properly cleaned in quite some time. I was charged twice and when I asked the man at the office about it, he was very short and rude. He told me to contact my bank not him. We wouldn't return to this establishment and I wouldn't recommend it either.
I had to sit and think hard before I left a review hoping that my opinion would change after a full nights rest. Well, it’s 6am and I’ve been up since 5 listening to someone above me walk constantly all night. Not only can I hear every footstep and every voice, it sounds like they are literally walking in the same room as you. There is a very slight urine smell so now I’m focused on that…at 6am. We had to get another room bc clearly they are letting bums live here and they had trash all outside their door so my husband refused the room for safety reasons. We doing a cross country move with days ahead of us and I’m just so depressed that I picked this hotel based on reviews and clearly they must be fake reviews. Last thing: upon check in, I noticed a sign that said they will charge $200 for undisclosed pet. When I asked the front desk guy who was Indian and clearly don’t understand your rules, he told me to “read it”. I was tired and delirious from a 12 hour day on the road and all he had to do was assure me that I was only paying $15 and I wouldn’t have blown up in there. It took my husband to go in and clarify all of that just to find out the clerk barely know what the sign meant so 15-20 min later, we are in a sketchy parking lot, in a sketchy town, with all of our possessions. I am leaving this place as soon as I can get some sunlight and hopefully the homeless ppl didn’t break into my car overnight. The rooms were okay but the sheets were crap.
I have limited mobilty, i use a walker. I booked a ada room, but was givin a regular room. Had to park a ways from my room. Very handicapped unfriendly. I wont be staying there again.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Stopped here to stay during a weeklong camping trip when we got caught in a multi day rainstorm. Check in staff were helpful, but we didn’t see the staff much any other day. Even at breakfast, there weren’t many employees around. Property was fine, clean and serviceable, just found it a bit odd that the front desk was often unoccupied. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.
The first room they put us in was stinky and the shower rod was completely broken. The room was definitely well used and there was big scratches on the molding and the door where it looked like a pet had tried to get out.
The second room at least smelled fresh and had a sliding shower door. The beds were not very comfortable but everything else was adequate. Breakfast was pretty limited and no one there to refresh the coffee or any of the other items. Cereal was stale.
The bed had very rigid edges with a thin padding--like a box spring with a mattress topper. The shower pull was so difficult I had to get my husband to do it for me. And while it did have a continental breakfast it was rather sparse compared to others we've had. The manager was a bit taciturn too
Had to change room due to plug up stool, bottom sheet was dirty, next morning, after 6am,door locked still for coffee, person not friendly, couldnt give me a reciept, said prepaid so unable to get one, should always get one no matter how it is paid,to verify charges.
