Kitchenette - Mini Refrigerator, Microwave, Basic Dishware and Cutlery, each of our locations comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.



We welcome both dogs and cats, so you don't have to leave your furry family member at home.



Pets require advance approval. There is a $50 pet fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be crated or kenneled when left unattended and must be current on veterinarian-approved flea and tick treatment.



Guest Access:

After a day exploring the winding streets, historic buildings, shops, galleries, restaurants, and outdoor adventures of Eureka Springs, come back and relax in your comfortable queen-size Tempur-Pedic bed.



The private bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, and the kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, basic dishes and utensils, and a drip coffee maker with coffee, filters, creamer, and sugar.



This studio is upstairs above Posh Hair Studio and Accounting and Tax Services. Both businesses open late and close early. Generally quiet, with a white-noise machine provided for light sleepers



Located near one of the area’s popular local spots, you may hear some nightlife activity on weekends—adding to the vibrant Eureka experience. A white noise machine is provided for light sleepers.

Please note: Wall Street is downhill toward town, so the walk back includes a hill.

This was the perfect place for a Best Friend girl's weekend. Overall property was great! Did find it odd the bathroom window didn't have a curtain. People could see in if they looked. Also one night was noisy due to the bar down below and motorcycles revving up their engines. Past that it was great and what we were looking for

The pictures don't do it justice! The place had more room than depicted in the photos. It was clean, comfortable, creatively decorated, and within walking distance to downtown.The only downside is the noise from the road and saloon next door... motorcycles. There's a white noise machine but also recommend bringing ear plugs. For light sensitive sleepers, may want to bring an eye mask.The one recommendation for the property would be to add blinds on the windows over the stairwell/next to the kitchen cabinet to block out the light at night.

The host was very responsive anytime that I reached out and the room was very clean. This location allows for easy access to Eureka Springs areas and restaurants, etc., This housing is good for a short term on a budget Stay. It does appear that the r. Space turned into bedroom and bathroom and there are two businesses below the apartment, which you can hear people talking. If you care about that kind of stuff, we didn’t mind. The only other thing that I would point is that it appears the baby foundation has settled so there’s tilt of the flooring in the shower and in the room as my suitcase would start to roll on its own in certain areas. Overall, it was a very good stay in those things I noted didn’t bother us at all, but just to make others aware if that is something that would cause you concern.
