Good location … poor facilities.

Advertised as having air conditioning but this was not the case. No fan in room but was provided when asked. Bed was very comfortable but room was small with only 1 bedside table. Nowhere to hang jackets etc. Dust and cobwebs in room. Shower was pathetic, hardly any water or pressure. Location was good. Offered breakfast for £12 but no restaurant for dinner.

Solo holiday

Hotel was lovely .first room i was given very very tiny . Bathroom evan smaller. But asked to move rooms and that was not a problem at all. Next room was large and very comfortable. Staff very nice. Right o the beach . Had a very lovely 4 days at THE EXMOUTH BEACH HOTEL .

Perfect location, amazing staff

Absolutely loved my stay! The location couldn’t be better-steps from the beach and close to everything in town. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. My room was spotless, cozy, and even had a fan waiting when I arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. Can’t wait to come back-highly recommend!

Overall good experience, but shame about the size of the en suite, which was a little cramped. Slightly tired in appearance, needing one or two minor improvements. Staff very supportive when needed. Hotel in great location overlooking the beach. Close to all facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A very enjoyable break.

Love the area staff very friendly and helpful room little small to what we are use to but that’s my fault just booked a standard could do with fan in room as was very warm and u can’t open the window wide due to lock on it
